Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory "cooling-off period."

Returning Your Item
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of that notification. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct an amount for any diminishment in value of the goods if you have handled them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- A repair or replacement after 30 days (up to 6 months).
Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Items that have been personalised or made to order.
- Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or health reasons.
