Antique bronze cherub figurine

Antique bronze cherub figurine from the mid to late 19th century, depicting a dynamic cupid in classical pose with one arm raised and the other extended, standing atop a rocky base. The piece displays authentic patina and gilt bronze detailing with natural aging and wear consistent with its period. A finely crafted decorative sculpture capturing the delicate charm of neoclassical subject matter. It shows signs of having been detached from a larger work—possibly a clock case, architectural ornament, or sculptural ensemble—with the base appearing to have been cut or separated from its original mounting point.
