Antique Flow Blue Gold Floral Vase

Antique Flow Blue Gold Vase with two nice ornate handles,it has a nice lattice piece around the base, Great condition for its age, It is very old but unsure of the actual age but i would guess early 19th,  It is signed but not able to make it out, Measures approximately 9.5” tall by 7.5” wide could possibly be Japanese Arita or Kraak
