Antique Meissen Porcelain German Male Figure Colourful Vase

This piece features a male figure standing on a base with integrated floral elements and a large blue flower forms the top of the vase. The intricate details, hand-painted elements, and use of gold accents are characteristic of European porcelain manufacturers, I believe this to be an early meissen piece or similar to Meissen, known for their high-quality figurines and decorative wares. The vase is marked Germany on the base and has the numbers 3905 on the back. The vase measures approximately 13" high and 5" wide and has a depth of approximately 4" This item is in an overall good vintage pre-loved condition. Some dust and dirt has gathered to the interior and exterior of the vase so it will require a careful and gentle clean. There are two small chips to the steps at the front of the vase, there is also some slight paint wear around the base. Some light crazing to the back of the vase
